Pelican S100 Laptop Backpack

Another highlight of our trip to CES this year was a stop at the Pelican booth. Let's face it, they have some of the coolest storage solutions on the planet. I'm not sure it's possible to destroy their stuff, quite frankly, as I've had some of their cases for well over 10 years and they still perform as new.

Their latest cool product is the Pelican S100 Laptop Backpack. It's designed with all the features that make a Pelican...a Pelican. It has a hard-shell area for your laptop and another for a tablet or iPad. The rest of the backpack is designed to hold about as much stuff as you'd ever want to carry to a job site. The great thing about this backpack is that you can be comfortable sitting it down just about any where - including dusty shop floors and slimy mud puddles. OK, that's not recommended, but it's nice to know that you could do it....if you REALLY wanted to. Heck, throw it down a flight of stairs if you feel compelled. The bottom line is this - Pelican makes things that last a long time, and it looks like this new laptop bag is carrying on in that tradition.
