May Special From Tomboy Tools

May is a very busy month for a lot of folks, myself included. With the National Hardware Show being the first week of May, and the second being a catch-up week, it seems the month is half over before I’ve even blinked. And, can you believe, Mothers’ Day is this Sunday the 13th? How did that sneak up on us? Even if you’ve already gotten Mom some flowers or another gift… how about getting her the gift of tools! My friend Bobbi Sevigney is a Consultant with Tomboy Tools and she has lots of great ideas for creating a one-of-a-kind tool kits for Mom! You can go with the standard kits that they’ve put together for you in automotive, home, garden, etc… Or you can take advantage of their Mothers’ Day (May) special and create your own kit for Mom. I don’t think they are available now, but if you send enough emails to Bobbi, maybe she can convince the powers-that-be to bring them back for the summer. It’s a hammer (it’s small, but completely functional for hanging pictures, etc.) but not just any hammer! This hammer has a bottle opener on the end! What a clever idea. I’m looking forward to working in my basement this summer and having a bottle opener close-by my basement fridge!
