Milwaukee® Expands Cutting Solutions with New Snap-Off Knives
MILWAUKEE, WI- Milwaukee Tool continues to deliver user-driven solutions and rapidly expand its Hand Tool offering with the introduction of several new Snap-Off Knives that increase productivity and ease-of-use for the professional. Featuring acetone resistant housing and blades made of Iron Carbide metal, the new knives offer best-in-class durability and up to 2X longer blade life than the competition.
Delivering maximum cutting performance and a clean finish in a variety of applications, Milwaukee Snap-Off Knives will be available in both standard-cut and precision-cut models. Precision-Cut Knives give the user the option to further upgrade their tool with premium features such as over molding and a precision-cut blade. Each option will be available in 9mm, 18mm and 25mm sizes.
The 18mm and 25mm Snap-Off Knives feature a durable lock for maximum resilience that features a speed thread design for up to 2X faster blade adjustment. To further increase durability, this lock has a new-to-world all metal design on the Precision-Cut models for up to 10X longer life.
The 9mm Snap-Off Knives feature a removable pocket clip that doubles as a blade snap-off feature to expose a new sharp point. In addition, an auto-lock slide mechanism delivers faster blade adjustments.
Each of the new Snap-Off Knives, as well as their replacement blades, will be available through authorized Milwaukee Distributors in October 2013.
